Bruce, Founder & CEO
For nearly 25 years, Bruce Lupin has remained a groundbreaking high-tech innovator of online and interactive marketing. His pivotal leadership in multiple entities has led him to success in several startups.
Here are a few of those:
- Principal of SPEED>S, the first 100% accurate and secure tax file transmissions to IRS, which later sold to TurboTax.
- Founder of IDEV, one of first east coast web agencies, with 75 employees and clients such as the McGraw-Hill, Smithsonian Institute, Stuart Weitzman, Georgetown University, and Playbill
- Helped establish the Interactive Services Association, the first online industry association and tradeshow that included – AOL, Prodigy, Compuserv and Netscape.
- Business Development Director of TV Answer, which was one of the first nationwide interactive television networks.
Bruce now applies this vast knowledge and experience in Edgeworks Group, LLC, as its founder and principal. That is why he has been selected to speak at major online industry conferences and events, as a respected authority on the history of online services and future of Internet marketing. Bruce has also led seminars on Internet strategy, ecommerce, and Internet marketing best practices.
He currently lives in southern Orange County with his wife and three sons, where he enjoys spending time with his family, connecting with friends, playing tennis, and bodysurfing in the ocean. He serves as the President of the Board of Directors for the Pepperdine Alumni Association, Orange County Chapter.
Doug, Director of Online Marketing
Doug Rasch has been the Director of Online Marketing for Edgeworks Group since 2008. He previously spent five years marketing live theater events in Southern California, has an academic background in math, and is a decorated U.S. Marine.
Doug carries professional online marketing certifications from Google, Bing, and Yahoo. He speaks regularly at webinars and conferences throughout the country about his experiences in online marketing. Doug has directed SEO, online advertising, social media management, mobile device marketing, Facebook custom app development, and website usability tracking & analysis.
Barry, Project Management
Barry Girsh has been a Project Manager and Developer for Edgeworks Group since January 2011. His passion for exceeding client expectations sets him apart. He previously spent fifteen years in web development and project management in South Carolina for such places as NOAA, the SC Sea Grant Consortium, Charleston County School District, Goodwill, and the SC Aquarium and has a five-year Bachelors of Architecture degree from Syracuse University in upstate New York.
After graduating from Architecture School, Barry worked as the Archaeological Illustrator for the Egyptian Department of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Barry is an experienced PHP developer with a focus on Drupal and WordPress Content Management Systems while managing projects and making clients happy.
He currently lives in Temecula with his wife Kaye and enjoys wine tasting, gardening, and handyman work.
Mary LaFleur, Creative Director
Mary has led creative direction for Edgeworks Group since 2006. A proven strategic/creative with extensive branding and corporate identity experience, Mary has a knack for delving deep and honing in on key strategic points - crafting both visual and verbal solutions that drive online & print marketing success. As a lead Art Director for over 20 years, she has worked in arenas as diverse as entertainment, automotive, healthcare, nonprofit foundations and education.
In the wee hours Mary has volunteered as an Art Director with Taproot Foundation for three consecutive grants, and continues to contribute pro-bono creative to community nonprofits. Mary's downtime is spent painting, sewing, and fighting off vicious moles in her vegetable garden.
